Can I purchase tickets at the door? Yes, tickets will be available at the door on event days when gates open. To ensure the most efficient method of entry, guests are encouraged to purchase online in advance. Day of event admission at the door is cash only. Participating vendors at Summer In The Park will be accepting credit cards as a form of payment; others will be on a cash-only basis. Beer, water and soft drink sales are cash only. ATM’s will be available within the festival grounds.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Print your ticket or display on your IPHONE/ANDROID device for entry.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? All ages event. Children under 10 are admitted free (with a ticket holding parent/guardian). All other patrons must purchase a ticket for entry. Guests 21 years of age or older wishing to purchase alcohol must provide valid identification.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? There is one entrance to the festival area, located on WASHINGTON BLVD and BROAD STREET.

What can I bring into the event?
ITEMS NOT ALLOWED
Purses/bags larger than 14x11x 5 and any backpacks are not allowed. ALL bags are subject to search.
Coolers, Containers, Liquids, Outside Food & Beverage of any kind.
Animals/Pets (except visibly documented service animals).
Bicycles, Skateboards, Roller Blades, Hover Boards, Drones.
Firearms, Fireworks, Knives, weapons.
Illegal substances/drugs.
Sporting equipment of any kind.
Video cameras, professional/long lens cameras, recording equipment, drones/flying devices.
SECURITY
To ensure the highest level of safety, all entrants will be subject to a courteous screening of personal items and patdowns, wanding, and bag check via professional private security.
No Re-entry into the event. Guests may not re-enter the festival grounds upon exiting.
Police reserve the right to limit entry due to crowd control, regardless of whether or not a patron has a ticket (City policy).
Any guest that shows signs of intoxicated or belligerent behavior will be escorted from the festival grounds not be granted re-entry.
Private Security and Stamford Police will be on hand to ensure the safety and security of all patrons.
PARACHUTE CONCERTS EVENT PROMOTIONAL POLICY:
To protect the integrity of our events, sponsorship agreements, artist contracts, venue relationships, ticketing partnerships, and consumer experience, Parachute Concerts maintains the following policy regarding contests, giveaways, sweepstakes, raffles, and promotional campaigns:
- No individual, business, influencer, media outlet, or organization may use Parachute Concerts event tickets, event names, logos, promotional materials, photographs, videos, artist likenesses, or event branding in connection with any giveaway, contest, sweepstakes, raffle, or promotional campaign without prior written approval.
- Event tickets may not be advertised, promoted, or distributed as part of a giveaway or contest in a manner that implies sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with the event unless expressly authorized in writing.
- Unauthorized promotions may create conflicts with official sponsors, media partners, artists, venues, and ticketing providers and may cause confusion among consumers regarding official event promotions.
- Parachute Concerts reserves the right to request the removal of any unauthorized promotional content utilizing its intellectual property, event branding, event imagery, or event-related assets.

Patrons who cannot confirm all of the above criteria must not enter Summer In The Park. If at any point during their visit a patron does not meet all of the above criteria, they and their traveling party will be required to leave the property.
Event Ticket Terms, Weather & Safety Policy
Each ticketed day is a separate event and is valid only for the date listed on the ticket. All events are Rain or Shine.
Your ticket is a revocable license granting admission to the event identified on your ticket. “Management” refers to Parachute Concerts LLC., its affiliates, venue partners, event staff, contractors, and authorized representatives.
Venue Policies
Mill River Park is a non-smoking venue.
Management reserves the right, without refund, to refuse admission to or remove any guest whose conduct is deemed unlawful, disorderly, disruptive, intoxicated, offensive, unsafe, or otherwise inconsistent with maintaining a safe and enjoyable event environment. Guests must comply with all venue policies and all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
All persons and personal property entering the venue are subject to security screening and search for prohibited items. Failure to comply with security procedures or instructions from event staff may result in denial of entry or removal from the venue without refund.
Weather, Safety & Event Interruption
The safety of our guests, artists, staff, vendors, and partners is our highest priority.
Management may delay, interrupt, suspend, evacuate, postpone, modify, resume, shorten, or cancel all or any portion of an event due to weather, lightning, high winds, severe storms, unsafe conditions, government orders, public safety concerns, venue conditions, power outages, or any other circumstance beyond Management’s reasonable control.
Safety decisions may be made in consultation with venue management, emergency management officials, police, fire departments, EMS, weather monitoring services, and other public safety authorities.
If weather or other safety conditions require an evacuation or temporary suspension of the event, all guests must immediately follow the instructions of event staff and public safety officials. Failure to do so may result in removal from the venue without refund.
If conditions improve, Management may resume the event. Management reserves the sole discretion to determine whether an event will continue, resume, be shortened, be postponed, be rescheduled, or be concluded.
An event shall not be deemed canceled solely because it is delayed, temporarily suspended, evacuated, shortened, or otherwise modified due to weather, lightning, or other safety-related circumstances.
Postponements & Cancellations
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
If an event cannot be rescheduled, Management may, in its sole discretion, offer a replacement event, ticket credit, exchange opportunity, or other remedy, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Except as expressly stated in this policy or as otherwise required by applicable law, all ticket sales are final.
Artist, Schedule & Event Changes
Artist lineup, supporting acts, performance times, set lengths, schedules, vendors, attractions, amenities, concessions, and other event elements are subject to change without notice.
Changes to artists, supporting acts, performance order, set times, event programming, vendors, attractions, or amenities shall not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or exchange.
Ticket Use
Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes, or other commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Management.
Unauthorized resale or attempted resale of tickets in violation of applicable law or venue policy may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund.
Tickets may not be transferred to another event except as expressly authorized by Management.
Assumption of Risk
By attending the event, ticket holders voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with attending a live outdoor event, including, but not limited to, exposure to weather conditions, loud music, large crowds, and other conditions normally associated with live entertainment events.
Photography & Recording
By entering the venue, guests consent to being photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded. Management may use any such images, video, audio, or likeness for promotional, advertising, marketing, archival, or other lawful purposes worldwide without compensation or further approval.
Official Event Communications
Official event updates, including weather delays, evacuations, postponements, schedule changes, and other important announcements, will be communicated through the event website, official social media channels, email communications, text message alerts (where applicable), and announcements made at the venue. Guests should rely only on these official communication channels for accurate event information.
By purchasing a ticket and entering the venue, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Event Ticket Terms, Weather & Safety Policies.
